Reports - Why are Reports disabled?

If the Report Settings in Reputation Management say "Reports have been globally disabled. Please contact your administrator to enable them." then you will need to turn them on, globally, for all of your accounts.

You can do this by navigating to the Customize tab in Partner Center. Select Email Settings, here you can then choose the default Send Report Frequency. This will apply to new accounts going forward, and will not change how any existing accounts are setup.
