The Business Center Welcome Email welcomes your clients and prospects to the platform, encourages them to set their password, and allows them to log in for the first time. You may notice that this email is referenced in the Create User form in Partner Center. By default, it is sent to your clients once you've created a User, unless otherwise specified or you're an SSO partner.

The welcome email will be sent 24 hours after you have sent a Snapshot Report or Marketing Automation campaign. The prospect may also claim a Business Center login by clicking the call-to-action in the Snapshot Report. You can adjust these auto-send settings within the Customize tab of Partner Center. If you do not want the Business Center welcome email to send at all, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
