How do I reassign an account to a different Salesperson?

You can reassign accounts to different salespeople 2 different ways.

  1. Search for the account under the BusinessesAccounts tab in Partner Center.
  2. Click on the Account Group name.
  3. Click the Edit icon.
  4. Select the new salesperson from the dropdown list.

The next method is also available:

  1. Click on the Sales > Prospects tab
  2. Select the salesperson you want to assign to this account from the dropdown menu.
  3. The newly-assigned salesperson will be notified about their new account via email.
