How is the Hotness Rating calculated?

 

Our Hotness Ratings are based on the possible actions below: 

3 Flames 

  • SMB has looked at the snapshot today, yesterday or 2 days ago
  • User signed up via Widget today, yesterday or 2 days ago
  • SMB viewed Product Marketing landing page today, yesterday or 2 days ago
  • SMB has clicked the CTA today, yesterday or 2 days ago

2 Flames 

  • SMB has looked at the snapshot 2-4 days ago
  • SMB has opened the email today, yesterday or 2 days ago
  • User signed up via Widget 3-4 days ago
  • SMB viewed Product Marketing landing page, 3-4 days ago
  • SMB clicked the CTA 3-4 days ago

1 Flame 

  • SMB has looked at the snapshot 5-7 days ago
  • SMB has opened the email 3-5 days ago
  • User signed up via Widget 5-7 days ago
  • SMB viewed Product Marketing landing page 5-7 days ago
  • SMB slicked the CTA 5-7 days ago

Your Hotness tab is sorted first by accounts with an unassigned salesperson, then by Hotness. To sort by Hotness, click the Hotness heading once.

Once an account has been Closed Won or Closed Lost the hot icons will be removed. This allows the account to become hot again if the prospect clicks on the snapshot report again or on any inactive products in the Product Catalog.
