There are a few possible reasons why we didn't respond:
- We are currently waiting for your client’s login details for that site. We only respond to reviews once we have access to that site.
- The client agreed during the onboarding that we will only respond to positive/neutral/negative reviews.
- The review was a “star rating” review. Digital Agency only responds to reviews that include written content.
- We do not cover that review site in our Digital Agency service.
- Digital Agency does not respond to reviews that were published prior to the account being ordered and the Onboarding Call being completed.
It is important that negative reviews are responded to as quickly as possible. At the end of the month, the team will close all reviews for any sites that we have not yet received access to.
