Why hasn’t Vendasta been in touch with our clients?

Like we tell clients in the onboarding email, we’ll only contact the client when we need their cooperation to fulfill a task. Using the information gathered from the Onboarding Call, the Digital Agents develop an understanding of the business, its brand and its online presence. Therefore, we are always doing work behind the scenes. The client will be informed of all work that was completed throughout the month through the Concierge report.
