What is an Account Status? How am I billed for each account?

The three different Account Statuses determine whether or not an account is generating new tasks.

  • Active: Gathering new tasks from Reputation Management and Social Marketing.
  • Paused: Not currently gathering new tasks, but existing tasks are still operational.
  • Disabled: Not currently gathering new tasks, and existing tasks are automatically completed.

You will be billed for all accounts that are in the Active or Paused status at any point during the month.
