What is the timeline from the time the account has been ordered, to the onboarding call?

If the Digital Agency receives both the order form and the Reputation Management accounts, they will reach out to your client within the first 48 business hours. They will attempt to reach your client twice via phone and email before reaching out to the sales rep for assistance in setting up this call. The sales rep is, however, encouraged to call the Digital Agency when the account is ordered to book the onboarding call ahead of time. We ask that they leave at least one day for our team to prep the account.
