When were templates released?
Automation templates were released for all partners on March 16, 2021.
How does it work?
1. Choose a template
To get started with templates, go to the Templates tab on the Automations page. There, you'll see a list of pre-built templates. Click on a template name to view more information, and click Create if you want to add it to your automations.
2. Customize the template
After creating an automation from a template, you may need to fill in some steps with information specific to your business. For example, you may need to select specific lists to add accounts to, campaigns to send, or salespeople to assign. You may also want to review and customize the notification messages.
3. Turn it on
Once you've customized the automation, switch it to On. Now the platform will start working for you!
4. Track activity
Once the automation is on, you can monitor its activity in the Activity tab.
