[FIXED] Feb 5th, 2021: Issues Posting To Twitter

We have noticed an increase of failures for Twitter posts through Social Marketing from 11 am EST onwards.

This is due to an outage twitter is currently experiencing via API and it is resulting in intermittent successful posting. If your post has failed due to this outage it will contain the error "Errors: Deadline exceeded while waiting for HTTP response from URL: https://upload.twitter.com/1.1/media/upload.json"

Twitter has resolved this issue
