What is this?
We’ve taken your feedback into consideration and made some internal changes to improve Marketing Services operations. We’re implementing Zendesk, an award-winning customer support software, to streamline all communications related to Marketing Services offerings.
Partners will see these changes take effect the week of December 14th-18th, 2020.
How does it impact you?
Our internal teams will be working with you to get integrated into Zendesk, if needed.
Partners on a grey-label subscription tier will receive no further instructions on integrating into Zendesk.
Partners on a white-label subscription tier are instructed to work with their sales representative in order to update their domain registrar account. This may sound complicated, but it's actually simple. Our team can help!
You will start to see email responses in the form of Zendesk tickets, but there will be no mention of Zendesk or Vendasta anywhere on those emails.
They will look something like this:
You will see (Customer Success) beside the sender's name, but there will be no other major difference in email communication for you or clients.
If you're worried about how clients may react to this change, you may tell them that due to the growth you’ve experienced, you have now invested in a high-performance customer service tool.
Custom Phone Line Add-on
We’ve added a new Custom Phone Line add-on, available for $100/month to all partners with access to Marketing Services. This add-on comes with a custom local or 1-800 phone number, a custom voicemail recording, and a custom answering call other than “Marketing Services.”
We’ve also introduced Account Coordinators to help answer all your questions and inquiries, regardless of Marketing Services department. Our Account Coordinators are there to help serve you better, but they will need some time to become experts on all Marketing Services offerings! In the meantime, you may see some requests escalated to our Fulfillment Specialists.
