Jan. 3, 2018: Keep track of when you send review requests in Reputation Management

Reputation Management will now show the last time you or your clients sent a review request to a customer in the Generate Reviews tab.

To view the last sent date of a review request:

  1. Go to Reputation Management > Reviews > Generate Reviews
  2. The last sent date will now be displayed in the Customer Requesting Status table.

Note that this feature is not retroactive—requests that have been sent prior to this release will not show a last sent date.
