Dec. 13, 2017: Monitor listings is the official U.S. government site for Medicare. It allows users to search for and compare doctors, providers, hospitals, plans and suppliers. Healthcare professionals can list information regarding their practice, such as contact information, specialty, affiliations, residency, and more.

Your clients can now monitor and manage their listings directly within Reputation Management. These listings will automatically generate tasks in Concierge for applicable accounts. Brand Analytics reporting will also include listing data when the source has been activated.

Default configuration

By default, listings will only appear in Reputation Management for businesses under the Health & Medical business category in the United States only. Your clients can manage the sites they monitor via Reputation Management > Listings > Settings.

If required, can be disabled for all accounts by managing your default listing sources via Partner Center > Administration > Customize > Listing Sources.
