Save time and streamline your workflow by replying to Facebook reviews from within Reputation Management. Simply enter a reply, and hit respond. Your comment will instantly appear on Facebook and the customer that left the review will be notified of your response.
To begin responding to customer reviews, first ensure a verified Facebook account is connected.
To connect a Facebook account:
- In Reputation Management, go to the Reviews tab
- Click the Settings tab
- Under Review Sources Authorization click the Connect Facebook button
Responding to reviews in Concierge:
This update will also make it easy to respond to reviews pulled into Concierge from Facebook verified business pages. After going through the required approval process, digital agents will be able to publish a review response directly from within the task itself.
