Dec. 1, 2017: Edit and delete recurring tasks in Concierge

Last week, we introduced the ability to create custom recurring tasks in Concierge for those tasks your digital agents are responsible for weekly or monthly. This week, we're rolling out the ability to manage these custom recurring tasks with edit and delete options.

To manage recurring tasks:

  1. Go to Concierge > Accounts.
  2. Select an account.
  3. Go to Account Settings > Recurring.
  4. Use the pencil or trash icons to edit or delete the recurring task.
