Nov. 17, 2017: Re-open opportunities in Sales & Success Center

Prospects and clients change their minds, and now you can change your opportunities to match. Whether you closed-lost an opportunity and were pleasantly surprised by a call from your re-engaged prospect, closed-won an opportunity that still needed some edits, or simply made a mistake, you can now re-open your opportunities and edit as needed.

To re-open a closed opportunity:

  1. View a specific opportunity in Sales & Success Center.
  2. Select re-open opportunity re-open_opportunity.png
  3. Provide a reason re-open_opportunity_confirm.png
  4. Select re-open

Re-opening an opportunity will create a sales activity that includes the reason you provided above.
