Oct. 31, 2017: Sales effort insights in the Pipeline

In the Pipeline tab of Sales & Success Center, you're now able to see the total number of phone calls, emails, meetings, and connections you've made with each of your pending opportunities. Use this insight to see where you and your team need to be applying more sales effort, or which opportunities may be taking more of your time than they're worth.

The new columns in your Pipeline reflect the number of sales activities that have been logged in relation to each opportunity. You can also view total effort—the sum of calls, emails, and meetings—or the total number of times you've successfully connected with your contact.
