Nov. 1, 2017: Allow customers to link directly to reviews from review notifications

In Partner Center, there is a new setting for Reputation Management that will allow you to change your clients' review email notifications to link directly to the the review site it came from. This setting is available at the Global and Market level. 

The setting Send Review Notification to Activity Stream is checked on by default, and will link your clients directly into the Activity Stream. If this is turned off, your clients review email notifications will instead contain a link to the review site it came from. 

How to access Global level setting:

  1. Partner Center>Administration>Customize
  2. On the Partner Branding tab, expand General Product Settings
  3. Reputation Management heading, uncheck Send Review Notification to Activity Stream

How to access Market level setting:

  1. Partner Center>Administration>Customize
  2. On the Markets tab, click Edit on the desired market
  3. Then expand General Product Settings
  4. Find Reputation Management heading, uncheck Send Review Notification to Activity Stream

    What would be the benefit of this option? Does it bypass linking to the dashboard? Is there a reason we would want the client to do that?

    Hi Dave,

    Some of our partners do not give their clients access to the dashboard. We created this setting so those partners are still able to provide valuable notifications of reviews.
