Step 11: Give your new client access to Business Center

Business Center gives your clients the power to:

  • Receive updates about their businesses
  • Access the products they’ve purchased
  • Browse your Store
  • View proof-of-performance reports
  • Customize their profile and settings

It’s time for your clients to log in and experience their new products.

Create User credentials

To give your client access to Business Center and their active products:

  1. Go to Partner Center > Businesses > Users.
  2. Click Create User.
  3. Complete the form.
  4. A welcome email will automatically provide the client with a link to Business Center where they can set their password (note: you’ll need to enter a temporary password). You may enter a custom message for the top of the welcome email.
  5. Click Create User.
  6. Indicate which accounts your client needs access to.

Resend a welcome email

Your clients may already have access to Business Center—a prospect can gain access when they click on a call-to-action in the Snapshot Report. If this is this case, you have the option to resend a welcome email. This will allow your clients to reset their password and then log in to Business Center.

To resend a welcome email:

  1. Go to Partner Center > Businesses > Users.
  2. Open the menu to the right of the User, and then click Resend Welcome Email.
