Resolution (October 18th, 2017)
The underlying issues surrounding Acxiom have been resolved. We are currently in the process of generating reports that would have been created on October 15th, 2017. Executive Report emails will begin sending again on Monday, October 23rd. Scores should now be accurate.
We are looking into the possibility of generating the reports that were not generated due to invalid data, though we do not yet know if this is a possibility.
Update (October 10th, 2017)
Certain reports may also not have sent. This is to prevent inaccurate data from being distributed as these reports would have been inaccurate.
We are continuing to work on resolving the ongoing issues with Acxiom via various methods. We thank you for your patience as we continue to investigate and implement fixes for this.
Sep. 29, 2017: The listing point scores on some monthly reports may be lower than expected. One of our services that checks for accurate listings is currently experiencing a disruption, resulting in certain listings--specifically Acxiom--being marked as incorrect. The end result is a drop in the listing score.
This bug is affecting all partners with Acxiom listings. Other side effects include these Acxiom listings not appearing on the Listing Distribution chart within Listing Builder.
Also of note, we have delayed the sending of Executive Reports for affected accounts until this disruption is resolved since it impacts listing scores.
We will update this report as new information comes to light.
