[FIXED] September 25, 2017: Reviews tab "trend graph" message


On Sep. 25, 2017, at 8:31am CST we were notified that content isn't fully loading for some partners when attempting to access the Reviews tab in Reputation Management. The issue has been resolved as of 12:00pm CST.

Root Cause

We are still investigating the root cause of this particular outage to ensure that it does not reoccur in the future.
