On Sep. 12, 2017, at 1:00pm CST we received a report that active products were appearing as inactive in Concierge. The issue was escalated to critical priority.
August. 13, 2017, at 9:59am CST: Another report was received which indicated that certain actions in Concierge are being hindered by this issue. The issue is our highest priority item.
Initial investigations indicate that data between products and Concierge is not being synchronized quickly enough proper functioning in the platform. More details will be revealed as they become available.
Issue has been resolved as of Sept. 14/2017
