[FIXED] Aug. 21, 2017: Disruption in the Reviews Tab in Reputation Management


On August. 17th, 2017, at 3:56pm CST we began receiving reports that the reviews tab was not loading for a number of accounts in our system. This has since been resolved.

Root Cause

One of our data services had exceeded maximum allowances. We disabled the errant tasks causing this spike, and we have increased the capacity of this service.
