When your salespeople interacts with clients, their conversations likely cover a few topics at the same time. For example, a meeting to share the success of a recent campaign might lead into discussing a pending opportunity.
As they track their customer interactions with Sales Activities in Sales & Success Center, salespeople will soon be able to choose an Opportunity to associate that conversation with. The details they enter will show up in both the Account Details and the relevant Opportunity, making it easier to enter, track, and use that information over time.
To associate a Sales Activity with an Opportunity in Sales & Success Center, create a new Sales Activity and select the relevant Opportunity from the drop-down menu.
