You shared your ideas. We brought them to life. Check out some of the enhancements we’ve made over the past couple weeks!
Partner Center
In Partner Center, you now have the ability to:
- Add, edit, and remove contacts. (Partner Center > Businesses > Accounts > [Account Name])
- Create accounts with products that require an order form. (Partner Center > Businesses > Accounts > Create Account)
- Change the market for all accounts within an account list. (Partner Center > Businesses > Lists > [List Name])
- View an import’s successes and errors, and download a CSV spreadsheet of the errors. (Partner Center > Businesses > Lists > [List Name] > History)
- View the progress of adding accounts to an account list. (Partner Center > Businesses > Lists > [List Name] > History)
- Name a campaign before creating that campaign. (Partner Center > Marketing > Customer Acquisition or Product Adoption or Product Upsell)
- Edit the full HTML of your campaign emails with the new Advanced Editor (Caution: For advanced users only). This new option gives you the flexibility to change the headers, footers, and styles of your emails. Note: The appearance of the basic editor has also changed. (Partner Center > Marketing > Customer Acquisition or Product Adoption or Product Upsell > [Campaign Name] > [Email Name])
- Adjust the text alignment of your campaign emails. (Partner Center > Marketing > Customer Acquisition or Product Adoption or Product Upsell > [Campaign Name] > [Email Name])
- Insert additional dynamic components—such as the recipient’s last name, phone number, email address, and business ID—into your campaign emails. These components are particularly useful for auto-filling forms on landing pages (using URL query strings). (Partner Center > Marketing > Customer Acquisition or Product Adoption or Product Upsell > [Campaign Name] > [Email Name])
Sales & Success Center
In Sales & Success Center, your salespeople now have the ability to:
- View all of the products a given account has active. (Sales & Success Center > Manage Accounts, and Sales & Success Center > Account Details)
- Access the Account Details page for an account via The Loop. (Sales & Success Center > The Loop)
- Filter the Loop by more than one salesperson at a time. (Sales & Success Center > The Loop)
Business Center
Your clients have the ability to request assistance from any page in Business Center. This action notifies your salesperson via email.
Reputation Management
Your clients have the ability to change the image used in the Review Generation email template to match their branding.
You can now display the Listing Distribution banner in the Listings tab to only the markets you sell to. You can change this setting via Partner Center (Partner Center > Administration > Customize > Partner Branding > General Product Settings).
We’ve renamed the Yellow Pages listing site to YP.com to reflect updated branding.
Other
- Improvements to beta features.
- Minor text changes and bug fixes.
