Adding Products to Packages and Publishing them to your Store
To have products show up in your store, you'll first need to add them to packages.
- Click Manage Store.
- Click Create Package.
- Select the market you wish to provision your product(s) for from the drop-down menu.
- If you are not utilizing markets, this field will not be selectable.
- Click + Add Products.
- Select the product(s) you wish to add to the package.
- Click Continue.
- Enter the Selling Price.
- This price will show on the store page in Business App.
- If the price is variable, you may instead wish to select the Contact Sales option.
- Click Save & Publish to make the package available for sale immediately within the selected market. You can select Save as Draft to save the current configured package as a draft. Draft packages can be published at any time from the Manage Store screen.
If you are adding a single product to a package, the package will automatically use the name and icon of the product in the store. You can change this by clicking Show advanced configuration after entering the Selling Price. If you are adding multiple products to a package, the advanced configuration will automatically expand, and you will need to complete the following steps:
- Enter a Name for the package.
- Add any relevant Marketing Content to the corresponding section.
After you have published the package, your customers will be able to view it in their Business App.
Recommended Packages
Recommended packages are bundles of products that Vendasta has curated to work well together. To start selling these, you will need to copy them to your store.
- From Partner Center > Marketplace > Manage Store, click Recommended Packages.
- Locate a package you wish to add to your store, then click Add to Store.
- You can also click on a package to view details on it, then click Copy.
- You can also click on a package to view details on it, then click Copy.
- Fill in the form, ensuring you've selected the markets you wish to copy the package to. Click Save and Publish.
- Should you wish, you can Save as Draft instead.
Editing Existing Packages
If you have any existing packages, you can edit these as follows:
- From Partner Center > Marketplace > Manage Store, click on any package within the Store tab.
- Configure the package as you wish, then click Save & Publish.
Editing the order of packages in your Store
As with physical stores, how you present and display products is hugely important. You want to give your best-selling and most important packages the MVP treatment. For this reason, you can organize your store as you see fit.
- From Partner Center > Marketplace > Manage Store, click Edit Order.
- Drag the packages to their desired position, then click Save Order.
Your Public Store
Should you wish to present your store outside of Business App, you can embed your public store onto any webpage, or direct users to its direct link.
