Your digital agents can now document the information they need to publish great social posts on behalf of your clients. The enhancements to the Onboarding task allow your agents to collect client, package, and content information.
Your digital agents can also collect social post information through the Social Post tab in the Account Settings of Concierge.
Once your agents have saved this form, they can return to this page at any time to view the information they’ve collected. Note: Once the form is submitted, all information will be locked.
