June 8th, 2017: Snapshot Reports not Displaying after generation


Starting at 3:50 PM CST on June 8th, 2017, we began experiencing issues with Snapshot Reports not being accessible after creation from both the Accounts tab in the Partner Center, as well as from within the Sales & Success Center.


Root Cause

We are currently investigating the cause of the issue and will continue to update this article as more details become available.
