[FIXED] June 8th, 2017: Snapshot Reports not Displaying after Generation


Starting at 3:50 PM CST on June 8th, 2017, we began experiencing issues with Snapshot Reports not being accessible after creation from both the Accounts tab in the Partner Center, as well as from within the Sales & Success Center. As of 6:14 PM CST the same day, we were able to resolve the underlying issue.


Root Cause

The root cause of this issue was a delay in our system when trying to lookup accounts. This delay was also causing the Snapshot Report generation to time-out and fail to create.
