On May 18th, 2017, outages occurred in several parts of the platform, including Partner Center and the Sales & Success Center.
- May 18th, 2017 10:50 am CST: First known instance of the issue reported.
- May 18th, 2017 11:05 am CST: Normal functioning and access to the system were restored.
An outage with one of our storage systems resulted in downtime to our system. We are adding additional redundancies to prevent these outages going forward.
