On April 28th, 2017, outages in several parts of the platform, including Partner Center, Sales & Success Center, and Concierge were reported.
- April 28th, 2017 9:45am CST: First known instance of the issue reported.
- April 28th, 2017 10:10am CST: The root cause of the issue was identified and halted.
Errors are no longer being reported in the platform.
One of the back-end searches used to determine available sources in various parts of the platform did not run as expected. We have modified this search, and we are working on implementing additional logging to prevent reoccurrences.
