On April 14th, we experienced intermittent disruptions in various sections of the Platform. This was resolved the same day, and a strategy to prevent these issues going forward has been discussed.
The issue began at 10:00 AM CST and was completely resolved by 2:40 PM CST. The platform was largely accessible during this time, but users may have experienced occasional outages.
A process related to Brand Analytics exceeded quota due to the large amount of locations in a single region withing one brand report. Limits are being implemented, and additional monitoring is in place.
