On April 7th, 2017, we experienced intermittent outages in Partner Center, Sales and Success Center, and Business Center. This was triggered by an routine update that alerted us to certain processes that we were not monitoring. This resulted in resources not loading and displayed 500 errors in the system.
- Upgrade began at 8:00 AM CST.
- First report of issues at 8:15 AM CST.
- Issue resolved at 8:50 AM CST.
During a routine cluster upgrade, certain processes did not start up correctly due to quota issues with a specific service. This issue was resolved, and additional monitoring was put into place. We've revised our strategy with updates going forward to minimize any interruptions to our services.
