When a business asks their customers for feedback, it allows that business to serve their customers better. However, some review sites discourage asking for reviews. Yelp in particular believes that the best way "to get high quality and unbiased reviews is to provide a memorable and amazing customer experience — not by asking your customers to post on Yelp." As such, Customer Voice does not allow you to request reviews on Yelp.
That means you will not find Yelp in the following places within the Vendasta product suite:
- The landing page that appears after a customer indicates in the review request email that they would recommend the business to a friend.
- The review confirmation screen after a customer leaves a positive review on My Listing or the Review Generation widget.
- Email reminders after a customer leaves a positive review on My Listing or the Review Generation Widget.
