[FIXED] Mar. 2, 2017: Inaccurate Listing Score on Executive Reports

Overview

There was an error calculating the data for the Listing Score on February 28th, causing the Executive Reports that were generated on March 1st and 2nd to contain an inaccurate Listing Score. The Listing Score Historical graph may also show a change at the end of the month to reflect this inaccurate score. 

We have fixed the issue with the Listing Score, and we are properly displaying this within Reputation Management. Regenerated Executive Reports finished sending out March 4th.
