There is currently a Google-wide technical issue that is causing reviews left on Google Maps listings not to be pulled into the corresponding Google My Business profile. As a result, we are not currently collecting reviews for authenticated Google My Business profiles within Reputation Management. We have had reports that this began affecting Google My Business accounts as early as January 21st, 2017.
Google is aware of the issue, and we'll update this as soon as we have more information.
All missing Google My Business reviews should be pulled into Reputation Management at this time.
We are currently waiting on Google for more details regarding the cause of this issue.
We have received confirmation from Google that this issue has been resolved. Reviews for authenticated Google My Business accounts are now being found.
