[FIXED] Jan. 18, 2017: 500 Errors in Platform


Starting at 1:15 PM CST on Jan. 18, 2017 and continuing into Jan. 20, 2017, we have been experiencing intermittent issues with multiple portions of our platform, including the Partner Center and within products such as Reputation Management.

Root Cause

One of our back-end processes had malfunctioned, causing intermittent errors. We have made changes, and this process should no longer cause these issues.
