This article guides you through connecting your Microsoft Ads account (formerly known as Bing Ads) to Advertising Intelligence. This integration allows you to leverage Advertising Intelligence for valuable insights into your Microsoft Ads campaign performance.
Prerequisites
Before connecting your accounts, ensure you have:
- An active Advertising Intelligence account.
Note: You can connect Microsoft Ads to Advertising Intelligence even without Advanced Reporting, however, only account-level statistics will be accessible.
Connecting Your Accounts
- Access Connections Settings: Navigate to your account with Advertising Intelligence activated and launch the product. On the left-hand navigation menu, select Settings followed by Connections.
- Connect to Microsoft Ads: Within the Connections settings, locate and select the option to connect to Microsoft Ads. Please note that this step may not be fully white-labelled.

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Log in to your Microsoft Ads account.
- Navigate to "Tools" and then "Account Access."
- Under "Signs-in with," verify your account type.
- At the top of the page, locate the switch labeled "Require sign-in with a work account."
- If you're using a work account to log in, ensure this switch is turned on.
- If you're using a personal account, ensure this switch is turned off.
